First of the taste is disgusting enough to make me nauseous. I got strawberry kiwi. I’ve had my fair share of pre-workouts this has been by far the worst. The energy it gives me at first is coming from feeling like I’ve gone through a traumatizing experience. It won’t properly dissolve in liquid so if u do, u will be swallowing clumps so I have to dry scoop it, which I don’t mind doing but since the taste is so bad it’s just a horrible experience. Most importantly, for that amount of caffeine the energy it gives me is very subpar, like I’ve gotten more energy from other preworkouts with less caffeine? When it was full and I would open the tub, the powder flew around and would get into my nose which burned. Sometimes it makes me itchy, not enough for me to complain about it but the feeling is there.

It works very well, I dont like working out without it. strong pumps, focus, and energy. I don't get jitteriness from it but i take in a lot of caffeine. That said, I must knock it down to a four because of the horrid ingestion experience every time. The taste is very bad and it doesnt dissolve well. I gag every time. even breathign some of the dust when i open it makes me gag. I mix it with as little water as possible to chug it quickly with my mouth closed. i first mix it with some hot water so it dissolves more, then i put cold water until its tolerable and I just chug. the final sip with the undissolved bits makes me gag every time. ive noticed if i forego he undissolved bits, it doesnt work as well. Despite the flavor and gagging, i wont switch. Ive tried others that might have a bit better price orwhatever. they may taste better and be cheaper but they dont give me lift off like this.

This stuff gets you going in the morning for work or for a workout and even helps out with the concentration for me that is the other flavors they have are delicious not complaining about the flavor of this one

Better than you'll get when you pay $10 to $20 for the cheapo brands at Walmart. I decided to give this a 3 star review because it got very clumpy over the month I used it. This may have been from being in a hot car. Or maybe the anti-moisture pack inside was old. Or possibly just a fluke or bad batch. I've used the sour gummy bear flavor as well. And never had the same problem. If you want great taste, you'll be disappointed. That being said. If you are buying your pre-workout for it's flavor, you're not really buying it for the right reason. Someone wanting great workouts and great pumps should care less about taste.

Better than other Pre-workouts in market. Used it for 6 months or so. It gives good energy boost, good focus while training but also gives light diarrhea. Stopped taking pre-workout all together.
