Needed to cut some closetmaid wire shelving for a closet at work and a reciprocating saw was just too slow and vibratory. My previous bolt cutters had a broken jaw so I bought these on the basis of the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The cutters worked well of cutting the shelving but frankly with shorter handled cutters your arm strength determines how easy they are to use. Unlike some cutters they opened and closed easily but not too easily if that makes sense. Jaw capacity is fine. Personally, with bolt cutters I prefer some resistance so the handles don't swing open when you least want it. The jaws seem strong and they are well-made with comfortable handles and certainly seem durable. Weight appears about average for the size and is satisfactory. Definitely happy with this purchase especially as they are not expensive.

I’ve used these cutters for my wedding when I was making flower arrangements. They worked perfectly especially cutting those thick wired stems. The cutter also felt good in my hand, wasn’t too bulky for my small hands.

I bought these to cut through a white wire shelf sold at Home Depot. It is just to small and will not cut it. But, what it does cut small items very well.

Works very well on nails. Seems well made. I've cut approximately 100 nails so far and it keeps working. No nicks in the blades.

Para un uso regular va bastante bien. Corta alambre de 2,5 y hasta 3 m sin mucha fuerza y dificultad. Como digo si es para uso ocasiona lo es, reparaciones ocasiónales te dar muy buen resultado pero para un uso intenso o diario sería mejor buscar algo más profesional. No corta cadenas, ni clavos grandes, solo alambre de 2,5 y 3 mm. Más grueso no podrás y dañaras la herramienta o te harás daño en las manos.
