We are using this past 2 months, doing extra care however switching knob get automatically broken even though usage are very minimal

I was super excited to receive this and make toasted sandwiches but the product design is a little strange with the lid moving when open and closing. It does have a lock though to store easily and is very easy to clean. Temperature is quick to reach a high temp. Just not as great as I thought but I still use effectively

Works Perfect, i was using the old model for 15 year with no complains and purchased this one recently. its fast being hot and doing the job perfectly
