I ended up purchasing this mustard as an emergency because I ran out of our usual mustard for deviled eggs (we had company coming, and I needed something fast since our usual brand was out of stock). I have to say I love the overall flavor of this mustard. It has a great texture, and I love its overall quality. The seeds give it a nice, earthy flavor that I truly loved in our fresh eggs. It was fairly priced, making it a good value for the money in my eyes.
