I did the "milk test" on it, turned to yogurt consistency in 8 hours. Way better than the Garden Of Life brand that I got prior. Of course it helped that this one was 100 billion live cultures and the other brand was 15 billion.

Guess you gotta be consistent with these..not just use up the whole box as advised but maybe make this an every month routine. I don't think I'm that patient enough. If I don't notice anything different after 30 days, I'm on to the next.

I am a long-time fan of Natural Factors products. Due to mast cell activation, I am super-sensitive to almost everything, but Natural Factors products generally work for me. I highly recommend this product for anyone with MCAS or histamine intolerance. It contains probiotics that support DAO and histamine clearance while leaving out the probiotics that create histamine in the gut. After trying more kinds than I care to count, including some that required a Rx, this one makes me feel great. My kids and I started with the 55 billion capsules and worked our way up to the 100 billion.
