For melon soda floats
Have been looking for a melon syrup to recreate a melon float at home. This one hit home well. On the thicker side, I mix it with club soda until the desired sweetness is reached and top with vanilla ice cream. The melon taste and smell is prominent so it makes for a delicious treat.

Disappointing if You’re Expecting Japanese Melon Soda
I bought this hoping to recreate the melon soda I had in Japan, but it just didn’t hit the mark. The flavor leans more toward honeydew than musk melon, and overall it wasn’t that great. A bit disappointing compared to what I was looking for.
