These are fine if you want something very light and low-calorie. The rice/corn cake itself is perfectly crispy. However, the blueberry and vanilla flavour is very subtle – almost too subtle. I was hoping for a bit more of a flavour punch.

As someone who genuinely enjoys Rice Cakes and expected something similar with a sweet twist, I was a bit let down by these. The texture is much stickier than I anticipated, and the sweetness is overpowering for what I hoped would be a light, crispy treat. They might work better paired with ingredients like ricotta, mascarpone, or even a bit of jam something to balance out the sweetness and add a creamy contrast. But on their own, they didn’t quite hit the mark for me. A nice idea, just not quite the right fit for my taste!
