The screws passed right through the holes and the hard plastic inside shattered, preventing the band from connecting to the watch base. Original band lasted almost one year, on busy teen. Bought 2 of these, since silicone bands do break and two kids in house use this proprietary watch band. The bands shipped separately, though ordered as qty 2. Very disappointed. Attempted to email the seller through this site, and did not receive a response. Very disappointed.
