Martin/F. Weber Bob Ross Number10 Standard Painting Knife

I am a beginner oil painter. I have a few painting knives and this one is nice. It is a plus to have knives that are flexible or ones that are stiff for different painting techniques. This is a great addition to my supplies.

Bob, I KNOW you're painting beautiful pictures in Heaven for Jesus right now! And you probably have all the angels mesmerized with just your soft-soothing voice alone-not to mention your incredible paintings! Yeah, you've even blown the angels away! I've always loved Bob ross as a child growing up and not to long ago I found my passion for art . This painting knife is very strong and well built . A lot of the knifes you buy at your local art stores break easily or don't last long. It's better if you buy it online then at the store you save money. I like using Bob Ross products. They work well and are just fine for less experienced artists as well like myself. This tool does everything it says it will do and I'm sure I'll get better with practice. My personal issue is I'm left handed so it's harder fo me to use. Not a product issue. I only gave it 4 stars based on pricing vs. quality. I still find these items to be a bit pricey. I'm paying for the convenience of shopping online and the Bob Ross name.

The edge on the #5 and #10 knives aren't straight. I had to run both of the knives over a piece of heavier grit sand paper about 30 or 40 times for each knife to make the edges straight. I'll also add that for the #5 and #10 knife, the metal wasn't even mounted into the handle properly. If you hold either one of the knives vertical you can see that the metal is mounted into the wood handle crooked. Your not making anything "Happy" with these knives straight out of the box. For the price you pay for Bob Ross signature products you should really get a good quality product, and these are really poor. And if your wondering why I gave a 5 star rating on all categories....... It's because I've found that if you write a bad review it goes to the bottom of the review list and you don't see it. So I gave 5 stars in all categories so it will go to the top of the review page. Otherwise I would give these items a fat ZERO !!!!

I loved the knife it was sturdy sharp. Others bend and I found harder to menuver around. I a beginner artist and this knife made me look good.

Did exactly what I needed to make mountains
