This gadget totally changed my outlook to making ravioli. It's so easy to use and works great every time. Makes 37 small-ish raviolis per batch. I spray it with olive oil to prevent the raviolis from sticking. I make the pasta dough using a pasta machine and then lay strips across the maker. Add 1/2 tsp of filling then cover with the top sheet. Roll out with rolling pin...RAVIOLI!
