I have tried this many ways to wear without pinching and rubbing my under arms. It can't be worn under clothes that's out of the question. When you wear it on the outside of your clothes they bulk up even with a fitted shirt and makes it bulky and awkward. Easy to put on. I'm not sure how the durability is going to be because I'm not having it anymore. It may be durable but I'm not going to find out. If I still had the packaging I would send it back.
