Not sure. It seems to be designed for a scissor jack only.

will it work with a 20 volt 2 speed drill ?

Don't know....I do not have a 20 volt 2 speed drill. But my cheap 120 vac drill does not have enough torque to turn it. Still I kept this item because it is easier to use on my scissor jack using a socket/socket wrench combination than the bent rod tool on a hole on the "tongue" of the jack. A 1/2 inch drive variable speed impact wrench would be best.. Also, I got this at much lower price after discount due to late delivery.

Will this work with wagan el2257 12v dc mighty impact wrench, 1/2 inch 12 volt electric impact wrench kit, 271 ft-lbs, tire repair tools with sockets?

The 1/2 drive will work. My impact wrench has beating motion that appears to me to hard on the adapter. In a pinch I would use an impact wrench.
