## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does the box say that it contains chemicals known to cause cancer to the state of CA? What are the cancer causing ingredients?**
A: The company has to abide by a  CA law that requires it to disclose carcinogens in their formulation. I called the company and the diethanolamine (DEA) is the troublesome substance. I hope DML reformulates without it; ? love this stuff but haven't used it since.😔

**Q: Is DML lotion cruelty free?**
A: The ingredients used in Person & Covey products are not derived from animals, however, the appropriate testing to legally make this claim has not been initiated.

**Q: Does this product sting your eyes if your sweat carries it into them?**
A: Yes. It stings badly if it gets in your eyes. That is my only complaint about this product. I live in Arizona, and this is the only sunscreen that actually works for me.  I still use it and suffer through the eye stinging, though.

**Q: Is this product made in the United States?**
