Shipped the wrong product
I specifically ordered the square champagne flutes. When the package arrived, I opened it and the box said 'Square Champagne Flutes'. When I took out the glasses - they were all round. Obviously an error at the factory - putting the wrong product in the wrong box. I ended up keeping them since I didn't have time for a return before my event - but it was disappointing. The glasses are very nice and look like they will last a long time - but they are not what I ordered.
