ThinOptics Reading Glasses

Before I found these, I used to try Foster Grant and other similar reading glasses from the drugstore. What I hated about them is how big they were AND how cloudy the lenses appeared to me. Not so with these babies: I have 4 pairs of ThinOptics Connect readers in different colors just so I can be choosy what pair I grab every day. I wear them with my contacts - never had a problem. They are crystal clear to see through, fit fine (and on a smaller face with narrow temples), and to date (knock on wood) pretty durable (no scratches). They're super lightweight and half the time I don't even know I have them on. The only pair of glasses they compare to in comfort are my rimless prescription progressives. They fit easily in my purse, and I have a pair stashed in my long leather wallet just in case. Buy'em - you won't regret it!

The case is flimsy plastic, not aluminum. It would be OK in a purse or shirt pocket but not in a pants pocket.

Perfect for my needs. Easy to store. Easy to use. Thin and light.

I thought these glasses were everything I'd been looking for (stylish, thin, and lightweight), but, unfortunately, they were very uncomfortable. There is no nose piece to distribute the weight of the glasses on your nose. Instead, the glasses felt like they were cutting into the bridge of my nose within ten minutes of wear. They're great if you want to keep a pair in your pocket to quickly read a menu, but, in my opinion, they are not for all-day wear at your desk.

These are covienent and work well. I did take a star off because the black on the frame is already showing wear. I should have bought the clear version.

This case is terrible, the glasses are great. I think I’ve tried them all. The case is designed to be secured to something, like your phone. But what you stick to the phone is actually just a magnet receiver. It’s less than 1/2” sq and isn’t strong enough to keep the case on. It needs to be much larger, or more than 1 magnet that covers the surface of the case. I’ve removed it from my phone now because it won’t stay on. Which means I just have very expensive reading glasses.

Lens quality and clarity was great but the ear pieces are to short to reach my ears. Probably won't be a problem for someone with a small/medium head. I own 4 of the thin optics Keychain reading glasses and absolutely love them.

i was excited for the unique compact design. but i was wrong. lens plastic i cant see anything it has a weird lens it seems to distort view. buy any other reader these look great works poorly in reality.

These ones are not as good as the last pair (foldable type - susceptible to having the nose bits break) I had even though they are the same strength. They are OK but hmm, for $80 Au they could be a lot better quality for the price. They tried to sell me a second pair for only $40 so this tells me the original ones are over priced compared to what they are worth. But they do come in handy to use as phone glasses so I can read the screen if I am out and don't have my reading glasses with me. I would probably not buy them again though.

Ich habe zwei Brillen mit unterschiedlichen Dioptrien bestellt, um herauszufinden, welche besser für mich geeignet ist. Ich habe nur eine davon geöffnet und sie passt mir gut. Die andere (ungeöffnet) kann ich jedoch nicht zurückgeben. Wenn ich sie geöffnet hätte, könnte ich das vielleicht nachvollziehen, aber der Artikel befindet sich noch in seiner unversehrten Blisterverpackung.

Font leur job. Mais vieillissent très vite, rayures dues aux branches des lunettes dans leur rangement.

Están bien para salir del apuro, pero el adhesivo es bastante mejorable y el estuche es incómodo, para meter las gafas hay que manosear los cristales. Acabé comprando unas plegables de llavero mucho más prácticas.
