The Samsung Galaxy 9 I purchased is in beautiful condition. It works great, I see no wear on it and am very happy with it overall. As for the seller, they are easy and quick to deal with. I had incorrectly purchased another phone with them, their willingness to talk with me by phone, work on a refund and get the correct phone was stellar!

I like how it looks and feels. The shiny sides are cool. Never actually saw the glow in the dark. I dropped my phone on a flat hardwood floor and the charging port got dented so my phone is permanently damaged and won't charge. I wish this case had done more to protect it. I must have dropped it at the exact angle to have this happen. Update: I put this case on my new phone. I must have caused the phone to break by dropping. The purple metallic trim is rubbing off and showing black underneath, but I have used this case for years now and gotten a ton of compliments on it. I figured out how to make it glow too - just needs a lot of light before being in a dark space. The design is beautiful and makes me feel at peace. Overall, I would recommend this phone case.

This is a nice case. It seemed sturdy enough.. I liked the glow in the dark picture. It was easy to hold but not easy to hold onto. I work on a boat and was taking a break on the back deck. I was holding my phone and a fly landed on my hand, I flicked my hand to shoo the fly and my phone flew out of my hand, slid across the deck and into the ocean. It was a sad day. I will be designing a case with velcro which will come with a velcro glove! It was a nice case while I had it.

I wish this case gave more protection. It's very pretty and glows in the dark beautifully. The case fits nicely and all ports and buttons are accessible. This case does not protect the front screen from damage. It comes flush with the top and bottom but ends low on the sides and exposes the curve of the screen. One slight drop and it's over. I am looking for a more suitable case that offers more protection for daily use.

Bought 2 years ago and has held up well. Starting to fade a little on the edges, but understandable with hard use. I will buy another.

Its a cute case, the only problem is that it doesn't actually fit my phone correctly and I can't find a way to contact anyone. It kind of fits, but there's a gap at the top and it's hard to push the buttons...I mean I guess for $10 I shouldn't complain, but I could have bought another $10 that likely actually fit my phone correctly. Okay, update...its a couple of days later since i wrote the review above and I've had the case on since then. My phone screen is now COMPLETELY shattered because it provides ZERO PROTECTION! I've had this phone since the note 9 came out and now I've got to buy a new phone because this product is so below par. I will never ever ever order from this company again. To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement.

Thought would be a lousy product, but I was wrong. it's sophisticatedly fitting my Samsung note 9 looking brand new!

The phone case is not as sturdy as I had assumed, and I had assumed that it would come with a screen saver. The design on the back should be removed, and it should be plain black.
