A bit pricey but it is easy to use and clean up and provides a delicious hot satisfying drink!

Easy to clean. Doesn't burn the milk to the bottom so everyone can have one before you have to clean it. Better than the instant brand.

Worked great first time. Chocolate wasn’t steaming hot and didn’t have to wait too long to drink. Smooth and creamy taste and easy to clean afterwards. The stirrer inside holds to the bottom with a magnet so it was easy to remove and clean and the inside surface was accessible to wipe down. Might be a little over priced for what it does and haven’t figured out if I always need to purchase the chocolate packets from them because they’re also pricey but really good tasting.

This was a gift my husband got me for Christmas. It's so smooth and the best hot chocolate I've had. It saves me time and $ making it at home. Definitely for someone who loves hot chocolate.

This is a really nice functionally thoughtful unit. It cleans up easily. Makes the smoothest most flavorful hot chocolate for hot chocolate connoisseurs. I purchased two one as a gift and kept one for myself so glad I did. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

The item was not working upon arrival. The unit would turn on and in the heat mode, the wisk would go for a second or two and then stop. The unit would then display the green standby light and turn off. We try going through the troubleshooting guide without success. We're returning the unit.

This is totally an indulgence item but it delivers! Easy to put in the ingredients and the result is a fabulous hot chocolate that will make anything else seem ‘whatever’. Easy to clean as well because it comes apart with no issues.

Makes great hot chocolate but the amount it makes is an issue. It barely makes 3/4 (normal) mug of hot chocolate.
