Lifesaver for recovering function after trauma to the hand
These helped recover full functionality of my dad’s hands. Could not recommend these more. Even the PT professionals recommended these. Great quality and easy to grip use

Great for strengthening wrists
Love this device. I recently fell and sprained both wrists. I’m just getting to a place where I can exercise with this device. It feels great and I expect my wrists will soon be stronger. I recommend this device.

Recommended for Arthritis In Hand
I recommend this hand exercise therapy ball if you have arthritis in your hand. It feel good to massage your hand if your hand is a little irritable but I’m only giving four stars because I don’t feel that it strengthen your hand as mentioned.

Nice hand exerciser
I bought this for physical therapy and it was just too big for my very small hand however this exercise ball would be perfect for a medium to large hand and is firm for excellent hand exercises

Awkward hand exercise ball
Not very comfortable to squeeze. Not filled properly. There is an indentation that goes almost the entire length of the ball and about 1" high. Very annoying. Not worth my time to return this item. The photos show the indentation and then the good side is 2nd photo.

Very good product
Bought this for my stepdad who broke his wrist. After having his cast was removed and physical therapy he still felt weakness in his hand, fingers and wrist I felt he needed something to get his strength back. He absolutely loves it. He says it's a 5 star.
