I could eat anything I wanted and I didn't gain any weight. Yes, I know I was lucky in that. I loved it because it did exactly, for me, what they claimed on the commercials. I lost weight when I used my head and didn't over stuff my self, I REALLY, REALLY did feel better mentally and physically, and I didn't feel as stressed out as usual. I was heart broken when it was pulled off the shelf. I even tried the generic version of it that my local store carried in it's place until that got pulled as well. They didn't give any details as to why it was pulled, but it had disappeared for a long time around here. When I found it on line I was so excited. I got 3 bottles and took it like I used to, but it didn't do ANYTHING for me AT ALL!!!! I had an old bottle I had used to store screws in and I checked the panel on the bottles. They were NOT the same. If this is "ORIGINAL" then what did I take before? 3 bottles later, I was heart broken and I'm still fat and stressed out. ### ⭐⭐ Not for me *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2012* I know the point of these pills is not to replace eating well and exercising. That would be ridiculous. I do however at least expect them to some what help. Didn't. I also admit I hate the "Take 30 minutes before you eat or 45 minutes before exercise" thing. Six months ago he changed his diet to include more good fats and less carbs. He also started using Cortislim (original) - one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon. He has now lost 30 pounds and is still progressing toward his goal. We are giving away his "big and tall" clothes and shopping for smaller sizes - a nice problem to have! He is very sensitive to any kind of medication, but there is nothing in this formula that bothers him.
