I love the punch and the spiciness of this tea. I also like this brand and their packaging. I feel like I'm getting healthier drinking the loose tea of high quality. The smell is absolutely amazing as is the taste. I'm a fan.

I bought this for my wife, who enjoys her evening tea. She said the tea was delicious and plans to buy more soon. I also believe the tea is high quality; you won't be disappointed. We drink a lot of tea at home.

Update: I miss judged this tea. The flavor is actually really nice brewed according to package directions. For my taste, you need more than double the recommended amount of the tea-to-water ratio. Instead of a teaspoon, I used a tablespoon/coffee scoop per 8oz. I also steeped the tea for 5-6 minutes. I actually really like it and am ordering more. It’s well packaged but the plastic isn’t my favorite. The tea is decent, smells nice and appears to be fresh. My only complaint is that I think the recommended brewing instructions don’t seem to bring out the full flavor. Having purchased a different brand before, I think if it’s brewed in the more traditional manner, the flavor/strength will be where it should be. Since I haven’t tried this yet, I don’t know if I’d recommend this tea.I think if you’re a (loose leaf) Chai drinker, you’re going to find the taste a bit weak. I really think it’s due to the package brewing instructions. Will update when I try to brew it in the traditional way by boiling it in a pot instead of just pouring the hot water over a tea strainer.

This tea is so delicious and I mix it with the pumpkin tea from the same company and OMG absolutely delicious!! Deep awesome flavor and they both are herbal!!

If you're a fan of chai, this is excellent. I still have issues with smelling, due to the "Big C" 2 yrs ago. But this tea, wonderful bouquet of spices. I let it steep for about 6 or so mins and it's perfect. The tin is really nice too.

This is my first try at loose leaf tea and it's so good! I'm definitely a convert now and plan to order the 1 pound size. I love how flavorful this cozy chai is and the fact that I can drink it all day or evening or without worrying about caffeine keeping me up at night.

This canister was possibly damaged in transit. I have not ever had one from tiesta tea before where the tea was partially out of the package before I opened it. I will reorder because this is not the standard they are usually at.

Very soothing cup of caffeine free chai the smell is divine ! I love a good Chai and this is quality , and IMHO worth the price. One thing I did though, was next day I'd made a cup of decaf coffee (I grind my own beans) .. and left the used chai tea leaves inside my French press. Added a tablespoon of decaf ground coffee .. 4 minutes later .. an awesome mildly spice decaf coffee .. so leaves served a double life of good taste!

My favorite kind of tea is chai. I have found it very difficult to find a chai tea that I like these days. The chai tea I use to drink was discontinued. This tea is wonderful it has all the flavour and more of the tea I use to buy. It is truly the best! I would definitely buy this tea again!

The black tea can get bitter if you let it steep too long. But very lovely tea.
