No dust, great functions, wonderful vacuum!
Love this vacuum. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver. Bags are easy to replace, and I appreciate the various functions it has (isolating brush, extra attachments, etc). I do wish there were storage placements for all the attachments on the vacuum itself but it’s not a big deal. Also, the “bag refill” light never changes, even when it needs to be changed. Unsure if it’s a sensor that’s not working or more of a timed indicator that we just happen to override since we use it so much. No matter, I just check the bag’s capacity (easy to do) about once a week. Picks up our very hairy dog’s fur quite well and none of the dusty mess other bagels vacuums seems to always create.

Dirt and dust stays in bag where it belongs, great suction, easy to use
This rose gold vacuum is gorgeous which somehow makes the dreaded chore of vacuuming a little less awful. The vacuum was incredibly easy to put together and I love the 30 foot cord, with my other vacuum I had to unplug and plug back in with every room. It works incredibly well with very strong suction, no complaints whatsoever. I’m so happy to go back to a bagged vacuum. When bagless canister vacuums came out it seemed like such an improvement, but I was always questioning how unhealthy it was for me every time I emptied it. Also, I found myself feeling the need to wash the canister with each use to keep it smelling fresh as I have multiple pets. I love being back to bags, sometimes things are better the first time around. I used to also think bags were a pain, but these look very easy to change and the dirt and dust stays enclosed.

My old intuition is still better
First off, I want to start off by saying this isn't my first Kenmore intuition bag vac and that I am a former sears in home appliance repair tech. So this is more of a comparison vs the old model and new model. I only took side by side photos because after all, it really is just a vacuum plus there are other great photos from other reviewers. So... In the past as a sears tech, I have taken apart and replace motors, broken pedals, handle switches, indicator lights, motor control board and the direct drive motors and brushes on the old intuition model. Let me tell ya. I repaired them on a daily basis but I knew that how it was built from within (sturdy) motivated me to buy an intuition. I've had my old one since 2013. No problems what so ever. The older model is built to take a beating and from the pictures, you can see the ruggedness of it's design. Bumpers on the brush head housing, dirty/clean indicator and as you see, the brush housing is larger. The new one, off the bat there were a few things that bothered me. The hose just dangle, the accessories mount isn't all that great. But! The new intuition is much more maneuverable, much more lighter, I would say probably has a bit more suction power than my old one and what I like most is it's very versatile. You can hand carry it and the wand is great. Yet! Compared to my old one... Material wise, I'd say they went a bit cheap on the build. The new one does not have a height adjustment or a clean/dirty indicator. Maybe I'm just more used to the old one still but I think the new model is a bit pricey for it's build quality. But after 8 years owning the old intuition with 0 problems, it was worth it. Basically paid the same when it was new. I don't like buying cheap vacs on a yearly basis. I prefer bags. Simply because, in my opinion, has better suction that a bagless. Yes, there are some bagless vacs with good to great suction. But! Let me know for how long that suction lasts without cleaning the internal filters ever so often and let me know how much fun it is dumping the dirt out and getting it all over the place. Believe me I repaired plenty of bagless vacs with the complaints of "not enough suction". So to wrap it up... I guess I have to get more used to my new intuition. I love how versatile and light it is. The suction power is awesome. Only time will tell really on how reliable it is and build quality. Update! I really wanted to like this vacuum. Had it for less than a month. The only thing that really started to bother me was the the bags. They got full really fast. Like less than a week of vacuuming fast. It came with bags and I'm basically down to the last bag within a 2.5 weeks span. It says it comes with a years supply of bags. Those bags will be depleted in less than a month. And the bags are $26-29 for 6. Do the math. You'll be buying bags every month or so. My old intuition is still better. Only thing that separate the old vs new us the light weight and versatility of this vacuum. Other than that. I'll stick to my old one. This vacuum is going back.

This thing SUCKS!!! (In the best way)
Got the vacuum today & excitedly got it out to try right away. WOW is an understatement. THIS THING SUCKS!!! (In the best way possible) Can't tell you how many vacuums we've gone through over the years and suction was not as expected. This met and way exceeded expectations. As a pet owner (2 cats, 2 dogs - all shedders) strong suction is a must. Love the hair cutting feature on the traditional roller/head (we've manually had to clear that multiple times while cleaning on other vacuums or risk lose cleaning power, such a pain). Also love the bag system. If you're a pet owner you know how "fun" it is clearing those reusable tanks (spoiler - ITS NOT). The bags seem to last a long time and I can't wait for the first mess free clean up - just throw in the trash and done 🙃. Gone are the days of inhaling dust and getting your hands dirty pulling hair and clumps out of the tank! Only cons (not really cons but could be improved) - 1) Maneuverability in traditional vacuum mode: this thing is a beast, and a little boxy to accommodate for the bag system, so I understand why it's a little harder to maneuver. Not a deal breaker for us, just something to get used to. 2) Pet Roller Tool in Lift Off Mode (we have 2 cats, 2 dogs): Started strong on our stairs, but halfway through it seemed to be having issues rolling, so had to use a little more elbow grease and slow down to get everything. I feel like design of the tool could be improved, but it's not bad, just not GREAT. That being said, our stairs never looked cleaner when i got done! 3) Bag Full Sensor: first day using it, so not sure if this is a true issue, but the full and change bag icons were blinking at me at random times during use and when I investigated, the bag wasn't even half full. Adjusted the bag and started again and it showed empty on the icon. Not the end of the world at this point. If it continues I might reach out to seller. Could be a issue with sensor, who knows. All in all, I'm obsessed with the outcome of this vacuum. It left our floors so clean, and me so fired up, I ended up deep cleaning the rest of my house (that NEVER happens 🤣). If you're looking for strong suction, mess free cleanup (just throw the bag when you're done), and very clean carpets - look no further - just buy!

They gave me a vacuum with a US power cord 😭, so even if I use an adapter it trips my kitchen, bedroom etc. USA use 110v unlike in Europe so I don't know why they sold it to me. Or it is just broken from the start but I guess it's because it's from USA

Great suction! Just ordered and got this last night, I ran it over two of my fully carpeted floors and it did a wonderful job picking up debris and leaving them nice and clean. I really like it so far and am looking forward to seeing how much I can vacuum without having to change the bag, that's always the downside of a no bag vacuum is emptying them basically has to be done outside and often, it also means you clean the filter more often so i find them more high maintenance. I have a 3 story house with mostly carpets throughout so most of these stick type vacuums just wont do the job for me, forget about robot vacuums, but dragging around a cannister or an full upright is a real pain. I really enjoy the lift away part of this vacuum for doing the stairs for that reason. I know some have mentioned that the path or the main brush roll size seems smaller not as wide an area than normal vacuums but i prefer it, i have lots of carpet but i also live in a house built in 1970 so there's lots of odd little corners that are hard to get into but not with this one. I especially like the upholstery attachment is wider than most and the detachable wand, as noted i have a funky house from the 70's and my stair steps are quite narrow and thin, I've only ever found the upholstery attachment will do a proper job on the stairs, it takes some elbow grease more than a motorized attachment or the main brush roll but it actually cleans it better, so I'm quite glad the attachment is narrow enough but a little wider than usual for the job. It certainly looks a little less than sturdy, more like a toy, than compared to brands like dyson and what not but i have so far found it very sturdy and not cheap as it looks. I have a very fluffy cat and this thing picked up all her fur, haven't tested the so called no tangle brush roll out yet - i have long hair that sheds - and thats always a pain to clean, I was looking into a vacuum that has an easy to take out and clean brush roll but they are out of my budget so im hoping this one holds up will with a bit of trimming occasionally. Overall I am happy with this purchase, it suits my strange but almost entirely carpeted house and the limitations of trying to clean it.

This is an impressively powerful and beautiful vacuum cleaner. It's completely functional and has giant bags.

I've used this twice and so far so good. Seems to pick everything up on my low pile carpet including cat hair (I have two long haired cats so I need a good vacuum). Sucks better than my previous Shark, but that vacuum was 2-3 years old. Navigates smoothly and easily. Not too big and bulky or heavy. Has a good array of attachments whereas my Shark had none. I'm looking forward to not having to pull hair out of a filthy bagless container and have dust fly everywhere, creating yet another mess to clean. I will update this review after I've had this vacuum for a longer period of time. I will be happy if it maintains its suction strength for at least 3 more years. We'll see. Update: have had for about 9 months so far and still works as well as day 1. Have only had to change the bag once so far (there is an indicator light to tell you when it's full) which is shocking because I have two longhaired cats and vacuum every 2-3 days.

I was really excited to buy this vacuum cleaner as mine has seen better days. It arrived quickly and well packaged, but when I opened the box, I noticed that the plug is for a USA socket. I was very disappointed. I had to return the item, but was given a swift refund with no problems, so although I was disappointed with the vacuum, the company were helpful about the return and refund, which is why I have given 3 stars.
