A: Open your blids in the open position. Slide out the clipss you need to replace. Then twist the clip out. But becauful when you pulled out, is a little piece of metal guide that can fell down very ease, You need reinstall that little guide back fefore you push the clip back. another think you need to make sure the clip is the same. I suggest for you to take one of the good clips to mesh with the newones.

Okay I just finished installing these so this is my first impression, my initial review, and the jury is still out. The installation was pretty easy. The old ones snap right out with a little pressure. But ladies don't do it after you have a manicure because you will mess up your nails. A lot of the reviews mentioned that they don't turn correctly which seems to be proven true with these. However, I am wondering if that's because these have all the original mechanisms from the 70s and the whole thing needs to be replaced and not just the stems. Evidence to support this is that every time I would fix one, if I bumped the one next to it it would break. But it is just a temporary situation for right now, otherwise I would have bought a whole new set of blinds. The price is right so take a chance. We shall see...
