Good, But
It's really good, but the finger holes are too small which blocks the blood circulation.

Good product. Helping me post-thumb op. Doubt will progress to the orange ball, a cricket ball in disguise!!

The Handmaster Plus Physical Therapy Hand Exerciser has been an invaluable tool in my hand strengthening and rehabilitation journey. As someone who has struggled with hand weakness and discomfort, this hand exerciser has provided remarkable results and improved my overall hand function. The finger strengthener is designed with three different resistance levels, allowing me to gradually increase the intensity of my exercises as my hand strength improves. The adjustable tension feature ensures that I can customize the workout to suit my specific needs and goals. I particularly appreciate the versatility of the Handmaster Plus. The included hand therapy balls offer a variety of exercises to target different muscles and enhance finger resistance. The balls come in varying degrees of firmness, providing a comprehensive hand workout experience. Using this hand exerciser has been both enjoyable and beneficial. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip, and the smooth motion of the exerciser minimizes strain on my hands during workouts. It's also compact and portable, making it easy to use anywhere, whether at home, the office, or during travel. After regular use, I've noticed a significant improvement in my hand strength and dexterity. Everyday tasks like gripping objects, typing, and writing have become easier and less fatiguing. Additionally, it has been a great aid in my hand therapy and rehabilitation exercises. I got to know this product at the physiotherapy center where I am recovering after I broke a finger. Exercising with it is quite enjoyable so I did not hesitate to buy it so I can practice at home. The set includes three balls and six cords. They have easy, medium, and hard toughness. Cords come in two sizes, but that is for additional power scaling (I guess) because they can stretch enough to accommodate any hand size. The main feature is the combination of squeezing and stretching exercises. Especially the stretching is difficult to substitute with improvised tools. My friend is a climber but is weak at stretching, which shows how easy is to miss strengthening these muscles (and disputes the usefulness of training them...). One thing that could improve the product is an additional ball somewhere between medium and hard. The toughness jump is really big. But for most people the easy and medium will suffice. At the therapy we use only the soft ball. I will move to medium once I am recovered.
