I heard they changed the design. Is this big enough for a petite mom to lay on it belly down to watch tv/back stretch break?

I bought mine 18 months ago, so I am not sure if it is a redesigned model. I bought it to use as a support for my arms and reduce fatigue while I crochet. That didn't work well for me; however, I can say that it did fit around me (I have a small frame and would call myself petite, as well). I think you could use it as you describe, but it is very firm to retain its shape. It will always feel snug.
