Interesting taste, wouldn't call it 'just like coffee' but it has the same sort of vibe...earthy flavor. It does taste good though. Nice way to replace the morning ritual without the jitters, with some prebiotic benefits to go with it. And USDA organic. Glad this stuff exists.

Esta presentación de achicoria (molida, a granel), representa una opción conveniente con relación a una bebida con un sabor parecido al café intenso, especialmente si se prepara en una prensa francesa. Aunque existe una presentación en sobres como los de tisanas ("té"), no alcanza la misma intensidad de sabor, que la presentación a granel.
