## Description

The Mighty Grip gloves provide the advantage and practicality that all pole dance and pole yoga participants can use from novice to expert. Tacky Gloves are recommended for spinning poles. Our gloves should be tight fitting. To prevent the gloves from slipping against the skin of your hands, apply a small amount of Mighty Grip Powder (sold separately,) to the palms of your hand before putting the gloves on. Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand. Measure your dominant hand - the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.

**Q: I want to use these for deadlifting instead of pole dancing.  I am a big 300lb guy who wants a better grip on the bar when lifting 500+ lbs, any good?**
A: I am 5'4" / 140 and I'm deadlifting again - would these be good for barbell work?

**Q: Which size should i choose? I have small hands..in gloves at work i have german size 6.5..is this xs or s?**
A: i would go for small a little room is better i found because they will tear apart ... i found pole grip works better but again its dosnt discriminate on what it grips lol

**Q: I have really sweaty palms, are these gloves a big help with my issue**
A: I would suggest using talc or babypowder on your palms prior to using these. They won't fix your sweaty palms, but they'll make an unbreathable barrier so it doesnt affect your grip.

**Q: Are these heat and fire resistant?**
A: THEY'RE lightly coated in tack, they may be heat resistant but fire would destroy them.
