Good snack suppressors
I was very skeptical but for £4 it's helped me a lot, energy is any high sleep really well, I've lost nearly a stone with working out and these have stopped the cravings. Excellent value for money in my opinion, not had any side effects that I can see if feel , do go the toilet alot more

Waste of money
Bought this to help now that I am getting back into a regular fitness routine, and if anything, I’ve put on weight and feel bloated and sluggish, despite keeping control of my food and drink intake. I look abut 5 months pregnant most of the time, and even my ‘fat jeans’ don’t fit any more. I still have a few more days to take, and I will finish the bag off, simply because I’ll be told ‘you need to take the lot to see results’ but time is ticking, and I have had no benefits whatsoever. I feel cheated I have to give this one star, it doesn’t deserve that.
