Best multifunction camera I have every used.
I have used this in my school and now that i am working remotely, I am pleased that I could get my hands on one that was used. It was almost half price and I jumped on the chance to get it at that price. If you can get one of these it is a fantastic multifunction unit. Easy to install and no need to get your tech people involved!!

Great product!
I love this item! It has completely changed my teaching life! Now I can easily show students how to solve problems using manipulatives without having to find manipulatives online. Also, students can read along as I read aloud. The uses for this are unlimited! This is a sturdy piece of equipment with many special features that the other models do not have. I can zoom, write, take pictures and take videos with this. It is amazing and I can never teach without it again. Highly recommend!

Works great. Wish it has an adjustable zoom. Didn't think to look for that feature when selecting it. I use it in the classroom so I do spend time waiting for it to stop moving once I manually adjust it. Easy to connect.

Don't waste your money
I have this doc camera because the school bought it. The Mac Pro laptop I was given could not even find the Doc Camera; in order to work. I even had the school TECH guy try and get it to work. I brought my Surface Pro in to use; at first I was able to get it to work on my Surface Pro. Just plug in the USB cable and it is ready to work. Then, a couple of weeks later my Surface Pro is no longer able to find the device. Basically, when 2 different computers are unable to find the Document Camera; then this means the document camera is worthless. I finally had to go out and purchase my own personal doc camera and I haven't had any problems with it.

Works very well. I had another brand before this one and the cheap arm broke, but this one works well so far. I use it with Skype to tutor students online in math and the kids like it much better than my older one.

Excellent as a doc camera, sturdy. I wish light adjusted. Not a good webcam.
Photo with soda can for scale, folded. There is no optical zoom, the zoom is digital and through the software. It works as a plug and play camera on Windows 10. You don't get any fancy features with that, but it does work. You do not have to install the software. As a document camera this works well. I can show students how to solve a problem step by step with this rather than trying to balance my webcam on a jury rigged system. The base is stable enough that you can bend the arm pretty much any way you want to show what you are doing. The built in light is helpful although I really wish I could adjust the intensity on the lamp, sometimes it is too much for shiny textbook pages. It folds up for transport. Very sturdy. Not great as a webcam, hard to get the camera pointing at you correctly, and just generally not great for that. You can use it in a pinch, but it is not really designed for that use. Colors are not accurate, not awful but not exactly correct

It can't zoom.
It can't zoom in and out. It only zooms in and out for scanned picture you took with this device.
