Are Sally Hansen products not cruelty free?

Googled answer: Sally Hansen’s cruelty-free status is unclear. We currently do not have enough information to declare Sally Hansen as cruelty-free or not and therefore Sally Hansen is on our ‘Unclear Policies’ list. It should also be noted that Sally Hansen is owned by Coty, a corporation that does test on animals when required by law.

Instructions not in english. how do i use this? i looked online but can't find any info.

So u just put it on around the nails (on the cuticles) then after a minute or two just lightly scratch it off with your other hand then do it again with your other hand. I do it both at the same time . You don’t have to be rough, but you know your skin more than I do. Does this make sense? You honestly just need your fingernails to scratch it off after 1 to 2 minutes.
