Quality of hair clips is great, but one of the hair clips was missing one of the diamonds. The box was beat up pretty good but there was not a loose stone in the packaging so I believe that it was not damaged in shipping. Other than the missing stone the clips are great. Not worth the hassle of shipping back to replace.
