Review: I may be doing it wrongly, but it works - Used all sorts of chain lubes over the years. I find this works decently as a cleaner if you soak a long wide section of a clean microfibre and backpedal in a thorough hard scrubbing motion. You’d be surprised how much comes off even when the chain looks clean. Then I do the same on another clean section of cloth, surrounding the whole chain, but this time letting it lightly drag through the lube. I’ve ran about 5000 miles on my eMTB, and I get brilliant life out of my drivetrain. I believe it’s better doing it this way, I feel it’s really hard to truly completely clean, and completely remove the solvent and relubricate while the chain is on the bike. This is a great next best option in my opinion.
