Got these for my 2008 Ford F150 crew cab. They fit well and this particular body style has the easiest installation (Type D, you'll see in the instructions and the pictures). No adapters needed. The two in the rear had to be mounted slightly behind the end of the seat line as recommended due to cross members being in the way but other than that they fit fine. Took me about four hours to do the whole truck. A couple notes. Don't bother using the sheet metal screws that come in the hardware pack. Takes too much torque to get them to go in and the heads immediately stripped out. I went to the Home Depot and picked up 8 hex head #14 x 3/4" in stainless and used them instead. That way I could get a socket on them and had plenty of torque to get them all the way in. Also I replaced the regular nuts for the bottom bolts with stainless nyloc nuts so I never need to worry about them working loose. Less than an extra five buck for all. One other thing that's pretty important. The instructions are wrong about the distance between the holes. They say 8 1/8" its actually 8 1/4 inches. I drilled two sets of holes before I figured that out. easiest thing to do is just to hold the step up to the bottom of the pinch weld where you want them and mark the holes with a sharpie. I think they are going to really help my wife and mother in law to get in and out. They end up being about half the distance from the ground to the floor of the cab. All in all I'm pretty happy. They would get five stars if the sheet metal screw were better thought out and the instructions were correct.

Fitment and hardware.... negatory.
Not an exact fit for a 2005 F250 as Amazon stated. Crossmembers are in the way. So it was either mount them too far forward or hang them down a bit. So I hung them down a bit. The hardware does suck.. drilled bigger bottom holes, used bigger bolts, and used self drilling screws up in the top holes.. sheet metal screws with a philips head were a terrible idea. The steps themselves aren't too bad once on.

Man up and prepare to drill and measure. This is not a "5 min. bolt on". This is a 6 pack with a buddy project.
Quality is pretty good. Keep in mind its just cast aluminum. I ordered 2 sets for my truck. 2010 RAM 2500. Although its clearly stated on the box the included brackets and bolts are no where near fitting. Mine needed to be a solid inch and half longer. I managed to make them work but had to drill additional holes in the steps and purchased 8 new bolts and jackets that were long enough to replace the included U-spacer. The instructions are an absolute mess as well. Good quality product but it does require a fair bit of DIY. The screws were crap also, pick up some self taping quality ones when you go to get the new bolts you need.

NOT a quick install, paint wears off.
The directions make little sense when compared to the actual undercarriage of my 09 Ford f150 super cab. Also, the hardware you get does NOT 'jive' with the directions. The paint is also fragile and weak. After having them on for 5 months, the paint on them is wearing off. See the pictures.

Overall I am pleased with the results
Overall I am pleased with the results. The installation was fairly easy (you will need to do some drilling). The only problem I had was hanging the rear steps. There was a part of the body that didnt allow me to hand the step flush to the pinch weld. This isn't a flaw in the way the steps are made, just the way my truck is set up. Step if fairly sturdy and I would recommend if you are looking for a cheap set up without shelling out a ton of $ for running boards.

Great Quality! Adds to the Look of the Truck!
My 16 year old has a 2000 Ford F-250 with an 8 inch lift and big tires! The previous owner really put a lot of work into this vehicle but never added steps or running boards. My other 3 kids are all younger than him and the 2 youngest needed help getting into the truck. I could get in, but it was work! These steps help SO much and are so heavy duty! It also really added to the look of the vehicle!

Good product!!!
They look awesome in my truck. But they are not easy to install. Instructions are not clear at all. Takes more than 30min to install. After watching a youtube video on how to install them it was easy... Overall good product for the price and they look good!

Looks great
These look great on my truck. Much better than running boards are full Nerf boards. You will need to replace the provided self tapping screws with better grade ones.
