I use these bands for strength training at home. They feel really nice to the touch, don’t deform after repeated use, and stay comfortable during exercises. Perfect for my home gym, since they provide consistent resistance and are easy to work with for any muscle group workout.

Super pleased !
No snagging hair or clothes.....even pressure, good extension. Can be doubled over or bands added for some serious work. Also, no real fear of snappage......less stress. Really nice extension. It's been nearly 3 months and I'm real good with these!

Slippery rubber
While this product has good value at the price, I have to day the rubber is slippery and it is not easy to hold.

Using sporadically and they work well
These are hanging in the basement and get used sporadically by everyone in the family. They are easy to use. They are flexible and durable. It is a great piece of exercise equipment that everyone should have. We just need to find a way to use it more regularly.

Great for home gym
This may be my best and most favorite equipment purchase in years! These bands are strong and durable. I love the bag so I can carry them anywhere and everywhere easily but also store them neatly. They are versatile! I have one that perfectly helps me do a pull-up now but have one that is my goal to advance to hopefully soon. For other resistance exercises I can tell that my strength isn’t what I thought but I have my starting band and can work my way up to the heavier. I love the motivation I’m experiencing from having all 4 bands!

Great Set
Good set. Just like the sets at my gym. Using these at home and they are perfect for travel, too.

Didn’t pull hair
Good: -Comfortable. -Good resistance. -Didn’t pull on hair. Bad: -I don’t like how the weight ranges are not listed on the bands them selves. They are color-coded, but I would prefer if it actually had the pound range is listed on the bands. I ordered the Limm Long Resistance Bands Fabric Band. I like that they’re comfortable to use because they’re not rubber. For my son, the bands did not get caught and pull his arm and leg hair. They provide a good amount of resistance and are able to stretch further than I expected. The bands are different than what we have been using, but are a nice addition to our work out room and training routine.
