Review: Did not work - I chose this rating because this was not what I expected to receive when I purchased it. This was supposed to be a "REFURBISHED" unit but instead it seemed to be a returned unit that was not working. It DID NOT work because the laser reader was broken and loose. Also, it did not come with any instructions or other ancillary items that I would expect a new unit or a refurbished would come with. I did not complain or return it because I needed the extra battery and power cord for a unit I have like it. In my opinion this supplier is not a credible dealer.

I chose this rating because this was not what I expected to receive when I purchased it. This was supposed to be a "REFURBISHED" unit but instead it seemed to be a returned unit that was not working. It DID NOT work because the laser reader was broken and loose. Also, it did not come with any instructions or other ancillary items that I would expect a new unit or a refurbished would come with.
