I’ve been taking various vitamin D/K2 supplements and then I tried this one. I feel better than I have in a very long time, and I can only assume it’s this supplement. Maybe the fact that it includes zinc makes the difference, I don’t know. Although I don’t love the taste of them, I’m willing to put up with that because the supplement seems to be a good one. I take a separate magnesium supplement along with it. I lost interest in running 4 yrs ago, but my motivation has returned along with my energy level. Therefore, I’m buying another bottle of it.

This is the vitamin stack I’ll stick to consistently in the winter and every other day in the warmer season as it is a higher dose! This has kept me healthy through two years of working in the schools so far!! game-changer.

Only vitiamin D product that actually helped my raise my vitamin D. Most others I took had no effect, and I believe it comes down to simple ingredients paired well together (vit K for absorption, etc.) Had some major issues with exceedingly low vit D levels that it is helping to restore. ⁹Bottom line: it worked. Just need to remember to take it more regularly...but as a product i would recommend it.

I would buy again. Easy to swallow. Value for the money.

Love it but only one complaint.. it says you can take without food so I took it in the morning before eating. Half an hour later I’m throwing it all back out. Looked into it and apparently you’re not supposed to take Zinc especially In high doses on an empty stomach. They should change that label.

A supplement I have used for a while. Before getting this one I was buying these separately so this means less pills to take. Now I don’t have to take zinc and k2 seperately!

had it for 2 months before, felt the effects. happy with it, not 100% about placebo or not though. not major changes

Can't say much about how good the capsules are themselves, but the bottle should definatelly be smaller or filled with more capsules. If more than 50 vol.% are cotton then something isn't right. (I made a rough counting and it seems like there are as many as advertised, just the packaging would allow for much more / should be appropriatelly sized)
