This isn’t a review for the game (which is fun), but for the service providing the game. The product arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. It was playable on my PlayStation without any errors. I can recommend this game along with the service without regret or misgivings.

UPDATE 2:: banamco support was able to provide my code after a few days of patience. I think amazon received too many orders and was unable to send all the codes on time. If you contact bandai namco support with a receipt they may be able to assist! Or check your spam folders for the email from amazon! UPDATE:: after chatting with amazon support, apparently the manufacturer sends out the preorder codes to your amazon account email. Its not a little card like previous game orders( in my experience with tales, theyve been fliers inside the package) Support said to wait for the email, and if you dont receive it, contact bandai namco with your ordee receipt. Ill update when or if i get my codes Original: Preordered for the costume code, not included/didnt receive. Delivery was later by 5 days, i could have just gone to bestbuy to buy this.... waste of time and disappointing

Tales of Arise hits hard with a heartfelt story and fun gameplay, but it starts feeling samey around the halfway mark. The ending’s decent, but those drawn-out convos feel like they drag on forever. I do recommend it though, even though the ending was just decent.
