I found out about this from the internet, and decided to try it. I have GERD, and these seeds, sweetened with jaggery (a sugar cane from Africa) made into tea stops my symptoms almost immediately. I am very pleased. Smells like a mint and licorice together, but it tastes pretty good

Wow! I have gastritis. I used this product, and I can’t tell you enough that how fast it worked for me. All pain and bloating are gone.

Such a lovely aromatic seed. I grind them a little in my mortar and pestle before adding just at the end of cooking to save the lovely flavour and smell. Great product.
