Great Scent. Tastes great, less filling.

This is true lime ! I put it on about 30 minutes ago and I can still smell it. Lime is notorious for fading quickly, since lime and any citrus are very volatile, but this is still hanging on. Maybe it's from mixing it with the musk, which I dont smell at all. It's pure lime, so if that's what you want, then, by all means, get this amazing product. By the way, I have the basic Pinaud barber shop scent, as well as the Bay Rum and the Lilac Vegetal and I love them all, but this one may very well end up being my most favorite. I've been a "lime" lover since I was 18, back in 1966 . For comparison, I have 4711, which is also lime, but even that, which costs more and is very famous, doesnt last at all . Get Pinaud Citrus Musk and enjoy the lime .

The bottle says cologne but I find it works well as an after shave or splash on as a skin refresher. I like it as an alternative from the Clubman Bay Rum aftershave I use often. Sometimes the Bayrum is a bit heavy particular on hot or humid days. Citrus Musk is a little more refreshing on hot spring or summer day in my opinion. You can slash on liberally, the scent is strong at first and feels crisp and cool going on smelling mostly like citrus. After a few minutes most of the powerful scent fades away leaving a light musk scent so don't be afraid to use a lot. I would actually prefer if the scent was a little stronger but my wife seems to think its nice the way it is as she can only really smell it when she leans in close. I love both citrus scented aftershaves and Musk scented colognes so this one is a win win for me because for the price it adequately serves both purposes. If only the scent was a little more long lasting I would give it a perfect 5. but for the cost its definitely affordable to re-aply through out the day as necessary.

Bracing smell - like a barbershop finish

This and LimeSec are my summer splashes. The plastic bottles give them a slight skunky smell straight out of the bottle, so don't let that throw you off. You can either ignore it or decant them into glass. I ignore it, because once it's splashed on the plastic skunk is gone in a minute and you have a nice classy summer citrus scent. The LimeSec is more limey like a margherita, with a tiny bit of cedar wood way in the background. The Citrus Musk is like on top, with a nice floral musk in the background that haunts you for hours in a nice way. People complement this one.

Great product. Lime Pinaud is a great product.
