How much sodium is in this?

If you use all the dry and liquid soup base provided it's huge 1230mg. However, the good thing is you can reduce that a lot by either using less amount of soup base and/or not drinking all the soup. I never drink the soup of instant noodles, just eat the noodles. If you add some leftover steak this noodle meal will blow your mind for an instant.

Not spicy, sweet with the flavor of sesame oil

How much fat per serving?
