It used to be a combination of both coconut and palm. The newer batches are 100% Coconut Oil. Unfortunately I don't know when they made the change.

How highly refined is the coconut oil? is it enough to be coconut allergen free like fda highly refined coconut oil?

I'm guessing that it's extremly highly refined since the product is a completely clear liquid but I don't have a coconut allergy so I can't speak for it being completely allergen free.

El producto es bueno. Pero el vendedor es un tranza ojo”. En su publicación dice que son 32 onzas y al final te manda dos envases de 14 onzas cada uno, lo que al final suman 28 onzas. No lo recomiendo. Tengan cuidado con este tipo de estafas.
