I bought these to help my daughter calm down (she has a specialized anxiety disorder) and to help me with my mildly arthritic hands. It turns out it's the only thing that helps my daughter calm down in a matter of seconds, which makes it well worth the purchase. And my hands are feeling better now. I highly recommend these baoding balls.

I got this item to use for PT at home. My physical therapist uses them for me when I'm there at the office. I brought them in, like any PT item you buy for yourself, and she approved them. These are actually better than the ones I used during PT. They make sounds when you use them and I like that. Kinda of like a low wind chime is the best I can describe it. This set is for big hands, like large size hands. If you have small, petite hands get the smaller size(s). The color and design was a perk, I only got them because they were cheaper that I seen. I only got them for functionality which they do a good job. Pro(s): Makes sounds in use. Recommend for large hands. Good for PT with small motor movement. Nice design and color. Good fidget item. After reading several negative reviews, I was hesitant to purchase these Chinese boading balls. I searched long and hard and couldn’t find anything with better reviews at this price, so I took a chance knowing I could return them if necessary. What a great relief when I opened the package. All 8 boxes I ordered came in good condition … yes, good enough to give as gifts! All the balls were the correct ones and in good condition. They are the perfect size for both my hands and my husband’s hands. I am so pleased! I would encourage you to take a chance. I’m glad I did!

I had a pair of the meditation balls years ago but somewhere in my many moves they have ether been misplaced or accidentally tossed out with another bag for the local thrift store and now I have found them again and it has brought new methods back to my meditation morning routine even if it is not long just a few minutes to rebalance my day.
