used for submersible pump to empty above ground pool for winter. worked like a charm, held its form very well without crimping. I have used it several times (after every rain storm) without any issues. don't see having to buy another one anytime soon, but if I lose it or ruin it somehow, I will definitely order the same one again. Will be buying a smaller gage one later for a outdoor fountain pump.
