Nonostante la scadenza sia lontana, il prodotto risulta duro e si spezza. Ne ho aperto solo 1 di 4. Il sapore non è il massimo, sa di stantio. Spero non mi sia capitato un lotto avariato. Rettifico, ho aperto altri 2 tubi ed il sapore sembra migliorato, sempre durissimo che si fa fatica a spremere il tubetto. Inoltre ho notato che sull'imbocco del tubetto manca la protezione di alluminio che dovrebbe garantirne la sicurezza igienica.

I just received it and brushed my teeth right away. I already think this is the best toothpaste I've ever used. It got my teeth very clean and very white. That's not an exaggeration. My mouth and breath feels especially clean. I've had recurring gum problems/infection for several years, but I think this toothpaste, plus the tooth powder, is going to finally heal my gums. The flavor is pleasant, not strong or strange tasting.. The toothpaste is thick - had trouble squeezing it out of the tube, but that's ok. I also bought the Vicco tooth powder which is stronger medicinally than the toothpaste - for those people who have serious dental problems/infection etc. Feels very healing for my gums.

This toothpaste tastes good, and I like it. I don't see much difference in the benefits of using it as I see with the powder they have for this same brand. The powder is excellent and you see results but the paste not sure, but taste is good tho.

When I get a new article, I use it right away - like Xmas every time. If I get a new shampoo, I can't wait to wash my hair ( and so on). So when I received this yesterday, I brushed my teeth immediately and have twice more before sitting down to right this review. First, I too was put off by no foil wrapper sealing the tube. I have been conditioned to "know" that that means an item is safe to use (whatever). Reason for the 4 starts and not 5 but it may be an unfair judgement considering the herbal ingredients probably render the goo more microbe free than what gets processed in the US (I daresay). I took a chance and I've not been sick yet (it's been 18 hours) - I love this toothpaste! Reminiscent of another toothpaste I used a long time ago that I cannot find... My mouth feels clean and I swear my teeth are whiter already (I did not buy it for cosmetic purposes). I have ordered the powder which I expect will contain only ayurvedic components and no sorbitol, etc. I expected, based on reviews, for the taste of this paste to take getting used to but it's not shocking at all - kinda foamy and mildy minty with undertones of cinnamon. The intention is to get my husband to use it to get his gums back into shape. Been thinking of "oil pulling" but the horrific thought of triggering the gag reflex first thing in the morning has suppressed all the enthusiasm about committing to that task. Hopefully, between this paste and the powder that hasn't arrived yet, we'll see some results that will save us from swishing hard-to-find raw sunflower oil for 20 minutes as soon as you wake up.

I use this paste as a very light polish/rinse after brushing with baking soda/peroxide. The antioxidants in the herb extracts help heal the gums, while the calcium helps to mineralize and strengthen the teeth. A bit on the expensive side, definitely worth it to go for the larger 200 gram tube size or even the powder for the best value, but this is a very safe and effective product with no side effects as long as it is used with very light brushing or best as a rinse.
