Volume is very low
After seeing lot of reviews and videos I ordered both books unfortunately I have returned them both. Volume of the product is so low we werenot happy about it. We replaced the brand new batteries and also tried still NO Volume is too low to hear. Company should look into that.

Disappointed
I purchased these books for my grandson's 1st birthday. Unfortunately I didn't realise these books are spoken with an American accent so not great if you live in the UK. Also the 100 Words book has American spellings ie color instead of Colour.

Top item not working properly
Top item where title of each page is does not work. If you press the top middle item of each page it says the title of the page.

Well made and good to give as gifts.
This is the fourth time I have purchased since they make an appreciated gift. Well made for little fingers and the sounds are comfortable to the ears and not too loud for adults nearby. The English and Spanish options are great to introduce little ones to basic words, and the music options are pleasant. All the kids receiving this gift have used it over and over.
