Bad promotion not as described .. hard and small size 5 max = 35 or 36 max
item is hard not soft or elastic = not comfortable as described or promoted + small size 35 while I need size 6 - 7 39 size and it's not as described + expensive for such hard poor quality and small size item

Absolutely amazing insoles!!!! My plantar fasciitis is almost gone. ❤️ use these along with a foot stretcher.

Fits well but does not support well. I need another silicon insole to support which defeats the purpose of this. Guess it does not fit all shoes.

I didn't trust them, and I looked at the comments now I can say that it's true sciatic nerve with flat feet in less than a week I have noticed the difference!
