Does the food that placed on the Grill mat get browned on a Weber charcoal grill?

We use a gas grill so I might not be able to answer your question. Our foods get browned using the mats on our grill.

Can these be used on an induction cooktop to prevent pots from scratching it?

Why the hell would you use a grill mat on an induction cooktop??? I realize this is 3 years old but I was reading though these questions and couldn't help but post. Induction cooktops are flat surface glass cooktops and induction means the pan has to be magnetic. Unless these mats have steel woven in, NO! It will not work on an induction cooktop. WTH!

Can these be used on top of a non-stick electric indoor griddler? Trying to avoid oiling the griddle when making pancakes.

In the instructions provided it does say can be used on a charcoal grill. It has guidelines in regards to grill temperatures. I used it on a gas grill and it worked perfectly for BBQ chicken breasts. Easy cleanup as well.
