I had a really high expectation on this product, especially given how long I've waited for it to arrive here in Australia. But after almost two weeks of testing (in morning, afternoon, before meal, after meal.etc), I'm quite disappointed to say that it just does not work for me. What bothers me the most tho is that I've actually bought two bottles at once for the sake of saving some shipping cost...

Not sure if its a batch issue but what I got felt like placebo pills. Didn't do anything for me at all

I ordered this product after a friend recommended and gave me a 5 day supply. I can not believe how great I feel. I have tried many, many products including NAD injections, Sermoralin injections and other very expensive methods to increase stamina and energy. I am a 60 year old female who practices yoga, farms, eats clean...does all the "things." Yet, when I hit that 60 mark, my energy level tanked. After just 2 weeks on this supplement, I feel a world of difference! I am once again waking with the crow of the roosters, going to bed early and sleeping well, feel happy, focused. Can't say enough about how good I feel. If I am feeling a bit of a drag mid day, I take another. I am NOT a coffee drinker so maybe the caffeine makes a difference for me. Don't care what it is, I love that I feel great!

I decided to write a review in case anyone out there is like me. I don’t drink Coffee and for a long time I was a Black Tea Drinker. I wanted to move to something stronger so I tried MIO. After a year of using Mio, I started to get bad headaches to the point where I was taking 2 to 3 sets of pain relivers every day. After a while I thought about taking direct caffeine. I tried two brands. I found the Zhou Energy + Focus to be the best of the two, however I started to get odd tingles in my arm that wouldn’t go away for three hours. (Ugh!) Here’s how I fixed it, and what I hope helps someone. I chill a bottle of 16oz water and then drink the top 2 oz. I pour a little juice into the bottle to replace the 2oz. Afterward, I open a Zhou caffeine tablet and add the contents into the bottle. (You can also drop the entire capsule. It will dissolve.) After a thorough shake, I drink my new “wake up beverage.” I find my body does better when it can slowly add the caffeine. However, doing it this way reduces calories from Coffee or Tea, and it doesn’t give me headaches from the artificial sweetener in Mio. No jitters, no odd tingles, I just wake up smooth. I’ll add that I don’t drink the 16oz bottle immediately, I enjoy it over 5 to 10 minutes like I would do any drink. The caffeine generally kicks in after about 15 to 20 minutes and in about 30 minutes, I’m fully awake. So if you get jitters from these pills, this trick may help you. Have a great day!
