This is the 3rd return ..finally the cheapest cost did serve my purpose. Works just fine thank you product.

I really wanted this chopper to work, but it’s been a complete letdown. Even with something as basic as 3–4 small pieces of onion, it just doesn’t perform. Instead of chopping cleanly, it either gets stuck, crushes the pieces, or leaves them uneven and messy. What’s frustrating is that this is exactly the kind of simple task it’s supposed to handle, and it still struggles. You end up putting in more effort trying to get it to work than just using a knife, which defeats the whole purpose of buying a chopper in the first place.

A decent product, blades are sharp and chops almost everything you need in day to day life but it becomes too messy during cleaning specially the cap, the cap won't get cleaned unless you open the screws otherwise items get trapped inside the cap and it rots inside it

Pros: 1) Plastic quality very good. 2) The top cover has screws which I think would probably be helpful to replace the string if needed, though I hope that doesn't happen too soon. Cons: 1) The little pillar at the bottom on which the blade sits is a tad bit short. For this the blade sometimes gets displaced while placing the vegetable pieces. A taller hinge would have hold the blades more firmly. Points to note: 1) Be careful with very hard vegetables. I failed to chop a carrot which was pretty hard. The blades got halfway through the carrot pieces and got stuck. I was afraid to pull it too hard lest the string breaks. Works wonderfully though for onions, cabbage and leafy vegetables. 2) One needs to chop the vegetables to a good extent before putting it inside this. May make you wonder what is the point! If I can cut an onion into four pieces I would rather do the rest with the knife. Why bother to use this. This is a valid point and I think many would probably stop using it once the "trying a new thing excitement" fades away and fall back to a knife. But for those special dishes where one really needs very finely chopped vegetables, this would be perfect. It chops so fine, which is almost impossible to do by hand for most people. 3) About the size: I bought the smallest one. I dont regret it but it can cut only one onion at a time precut into four peices. If you want to cut more at a time I think a little bigger size would be helpful. 4) The 500ml/470ml one contains 3 blades and not 5 as mentioned in the product description. Final verdict: Considering the low price it is worth keeping in your kitchen for those dishes which require really fine chopping.
