The bands are of the highest quality I've experienced. It comes with a convenient storage/carry bag. The size range of the bands are ideal as you can use each for different applications types. The thinner bands are ideal for the shoulder stretch while the others give the glutes/hamstrings etc a good stretch and workout. I subsequently mislaid one of the bands and contacted customer service, they reacted immediately and replaced the item within days. I highly recommend this brand and this company. I looked further on the website and saw they also do Massage Balls in different sizes and again they arrived promptly. The quality was their to see and most importantly they work. I train daily and when you get sore after a workout these balls untie all knots you may feel and aids in your recovery to train the next day. They work similar to the standard foam roller but these are more targeted to the specific area. Overall First Class Products and Company

I use these bands as an alternative to weights in my workout. The quality and strength has been good. They have been a great addition to my home workouts.

They don't slip when doing booty exercises. These will last me a while - amazing quality!

I purchased these 4 months ago and can confirm that they are the real deal. I has previously been going to physiotherapy sessions and was using the resistance bands provided for exercises such as clams and side steps. Once I started carrying this on at home and in the gym, I was starting to get pretty annoyed because every resistance band I tried off Amazon offered near enough to no resistance for these exercises. I finally came across these, which were pricier but I thought what the heck, maybe it's for a reason... I've been using them 3 times a week for 4 months now. Nice and thick. Proper resistance. Not a single tear. Good variations of resistance between each band. I use the highest resistance band for clams and the third highest resistance band around the toe box for side steps. These seem to be the only bands out there offering any real resistance. Top marks.
