Is this an exhaust fan or an input fan. (Does it draw air out or push air in?)

You shouldn't need powered fans drawing air in. If you have the fans blowing warm air out near the top, you can drill some ports for the cool air to be drawn in from the bottom. on the other side of the enclosure.

How much air does these blow? I want to use it as a window fan to blow out hot air from inside the room.

I did this, with 4 fans and the controller, in a high-up-near ceiling casement window to remove that 'stuck' layer of hot air up there. Took some fiddling to reverse the airflow and add a filler plate, but it went in very cleanly. With a top-down bottom-up cellular shade, it can either blow air directly outside, or down the inside of the closed window and out the bottom of the shade when the AC is on to circulate air so the AC unit can 'grab it' better. Pretty amazed at how well it works for both purposes. It does not move a huge amount of air; didn't expect it to - but it is nearly dead quiet from 10ft away (it's 15 ft up), the temp sensor makes it 'set and forget', and all the supplied cabling was just long enough where I needed it to be. Very happy with it - and an awesome product.

At 1 meter I read 58dB on my SPL meter. That is not quiet. It's very annoying in my theater. Luckily they are standard 120mm fans. I'm going to buy better fans and replace them.

Can this be added to a setup with an existing Airplate T7?

Yes it can I bought both the T7 and S7 4 fans and one thermostatic controller.

Top Verarbeitung und einfache Montage.

Super schneller Versand. Bestellt und am nächsten Tag die Ware erhalten. Zum Lüfter kann ich einfach nur sagen:"Wow!". Super verarbeitet und sehr gute Kompatibilität. Man kann ihn per USB betreiben oder mit einem AC Adapter(Im Zubehör enthalten) . Die Montage ist auch sehr easy, da auch eine Schablone dabei ist und man so den Lüfter sehr schnell verbaut hat. Lüfter sind recht ruhig(abhängig von der Geschwindigkeits Einstellung). Die Lüfterleistung ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Mehr gibts nicht zu sagen. Klare Kaufempfehlung! Weiter so.
